In mid-October 2023, we took a family trip to New York City.
It rained all day Saturday. We split up. The 7-year old went to American Girl to get her doll's ears pierced and meet a friend for lunch. The 14-year old went to Tiffany's for lunch.
Afterwards, the 7-year old went to the Metropolitan Museum and looked at the mummies. The 14-year old went to Billionaires Row and tried to talk her way into the lobby.
The rain made for some interesting views of the Manhattan skyscrapers.
Sunday was the trip home.
